Simple trip for state inspection and to have hy headlight lens polished. Headlight lens look new. Awsome! No surprises!

These people having been “looking” at my car for over a month!!! Then get mad when i call to check up everyday. Jackie is by far the rudest nastiest white lady I’ve ever encountered in this town. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS FINEST. DONT take your car here! They will break parts on it and give you the run around for weeks! NEVER AGAIN. 0 communication about the car. Wouldn’t trust them with licking the back of stamp. Don’t do it!!

Recently I purchased a set of tires for my pickup truck from Jack Jr’s. One of their technicians suggested I purchase the Sailun TerraMax AT. Glad I followed his advice. The tires are quiet and have a comfortable ride. In addition, the balancing and alignment are perfect. Nice to know there are still folks around that provide quality products, backed up with excellent customer service. Jack, Jr’s is the best in Franklin.
